Details:

I installed this unit originally and have been the only person to service it. This is ideal for bonus rooms and apartments. It has a small spot where aluminum coil come off, you can see in one picture, with copper tube exposed, but unit is leak free.

Customer decided to replace both systems in house with new higher efficiency r-410. This is a used, but working, r the service valves are shut and unit has enough r-22 refrigerant for itself matching indoor coil air handler. This unit was working well when removed.
