Details:

I cannot stress enough how light the dirt is and otherwise, condenser unit in brand new condition. This was in a building that flooded with couple inches of water and the very bottom condenser unit got wet. Comfortnet communications system compatible.

It weighs 320 lbs on pallet. The water level was not high enough to touch any of mechanical or electrical components and it is guaranteed be in perfect working condition obviously this an outdoor unit will get wet first time rains.

This will come in original box with manual, but the bottom of has a light water stain around it. You are buying on an Amana 4 ton 16 seer r- 410a comfortnet A/C condenser unit model: ASXC160481.
