It is conveniently located at the intersection of i-70 and i-77. The current 12k Kenmore that is being sold for ft. There is no bucket to empty and drain hose needs be run.

It has a Salinger wheel also known as an evaporator built in so automatically gets rid of the water that drains into bottom unit. I tried to include a link the manual but will not allow be posted in. This really was like the top of line back then and not a cheap crappy unit.

It functions as an air conditioner, heater, and dehumidifier. I am selling it because installing a wall unit.does not have the Salinger wheel.

I bought this unit in it has a remote control and an optional thermostat. I used this to cool my entire first floor and it worked great. Also, the new model no longer has heat function.
